ACCOUNT BENEFITS

You can store multiple shipping and billing addresses to expedite your checkout. You can also save the contents of your shopping bag for later and easily access your current order details and history. Also you can save your credit card information to checkout quickly.

Payment options

Camouflaged accepts the following forms of payment for online purchase:

    • Visa
    • Mastercard
    • American Express
    • Paypal

Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement. At this time we do not accept gift cards.

The transaction will be charged to your credit card after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed availability and prepared your order for shipping. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order but an authorization might be charged for verification purposes.

At this time we only accept one form of payment per order.

All items are made in and shipped from South Korea. All items will be provided with a certificate of origin. South Korea has signed free-trade agreements (FTAs) with several countries including the United States of America, members of the European Union, of the European Free Trade Association, of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), of the ASAEN, also as Australia, China, Turkey, Canada and many other. Orders shipped outside of South Korea to one of the above country may be subject to importation taxes or reduced importation taxes if an FTA has been signed in between South Korea and the recipient's country.


Shipping services

All items are made in and shipped from South Korea. International orders will be shipped via EMS or UPS. Prices vary according on transporter, weight and destination. If you have any questions regarding international shipping, please contact us. Regarding international deliveries, please also read the importation taxes section.

At this time we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

EMS services will transfer your parcel to the local delivery services. According to the country of destination, a signature may be required by those services upon delivery. Please refer to your local postal services processes for further information. If you decide to proceed with UPS, signature will be required upon delivery.

Camouflaged will send you emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. Please note that we do not provide tracking numbers for security reasons, but only tracking links found in the shipment confirmation email. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link in order to track your package. We will then e-mail a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from the transporter that your purchase has been delivered.

Delivery time may vary from a destination to another. As items are made upon order, please allow up to ten business days from your order date to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time required for delivery. Please be aware that the dates provided are only estimates, and that your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated.


Returns & Exchanges

Camouflaged does not accept refunds or returns for online purchases, except for faulty items. Every order is thoroughly inspected before being shipped. However, if one of the item you have received appears to be faulty, please contact us as soon as possible in order to resolve the issue.

Product care

Camouflaged items are made of the finest yarns and fabrics. In order to keep them in their best condition, please pay attention to the instructions on the care label of your item.

Items made out of tweed, as other woven fabrics, are delicate and will naturally age as you wear them.
